your staff. I regret that you and I didn't
get to meet, but we did meet Chef Sammy and
he was the best!
All of the guests raved about the food.
Everything was served on time, the food was
hot and tasty and the service was great. I
really appreciate how easy you were to
communicate with, leading up to the event.
It made everything so seamless for us.
If you are ever looking for someone to
provide a reference for Elite Catering in

Thank-you!! The food was excellent, and the
vegan meals were also great. There were many
compliments on the food especially the roast
beef. My mom was also impressed with the
Yorkshire puddings. You can keep the recipe
and add it to your menu as "Annette's Yorks"
lol!!!

Jamie and I would like to thank you and your

The
meal was absolutely delicious!! The prime
rib was so tender that you could cut it with
your fork, and the serving portion size was
perfect. The presentation was beautiful, and
your staff was very professional in serving.
Everybody raved about the meal. My sister,
who is a chef, gave 2 thumbs up and said if
she had 4 thumbs.....
The
table set up was lovely, thank you for going
the 'extra mile' for us and thank you for
setting me up with Meghan- our black and
white theme just fell into place. We had an
absolutely wonderful and magical evening

The room looked great, the food was
amazing.. The appetizer table was just the
perfect thing before the main meal. The
salad was delicious and I can't believe that
the prime rib was so tender you didn't even
need a knife!
Everything you said you would do, you did.
Your staff was courteous, friendly, helpful
and I could always find someone if I needed
to. I couldn't have asked for a better
evening.
Please give your staff and yourself a great
big pat on the back you really deserve it.

event went very well! The catering was

Everything was very professional, well

We
were extremely happy with the meal that was
provided our members during our trip to
Ottawa. Rick was wonderful to work with,
caring and kind and was willing to work with
us to provide a lovely meal. Rick was able
to work within our meagre budget and somehow
worked magic to feed the 134 people who
showed up.
I have no hesitation to recommend Elite
Catering to anyone wanting a catered meal
and I know Rick and his staff are extremely

Just
a note to thank you and your staff for
creating a marvellous supper for the guests
at our daughters wedding.
The prime rib was outstanding as were the
glazed carrots and vegetarian penne. The
cold trays at the end of the evening were
also a big hit with the guests.
We

expressing how great the food was. It was a
simple but great presentation
